Please carefully review the following policy to ensure a smooth shopping experience.
All Sales Are Final
All products enter automated production or are prepared for shipment as soon as an order is placed. As such:
- Returns are not accepted.
- Refunds are only processed under specific conditions outlined below.
- Changes to style, size, or photo selections cannot be made after the order is placed.
Address Changes
If you need to update your shipping address, email us at info@anodicproducts.com with the following details:
- Your order number.
- The current shipping address.
- The new address you'd like to use.
We can update your address until your order leaves our facility.
Damaged or Misprinted Items
If your item arrives defective or misprinted, we will replace it free of charge. To request a replacement:
- Contact us at info@anodicproducts.com within 30 days of your original order date.
- Include your order number and a photo of the damaged or misprinted item.
Reprinted items will ship within seven business days.
Please Note:
- Anodic Products is not responsible for errors in size, color, or text if the incorrect details were selected during your order.
- Designs are printed exactly as uploaded. Double-check all details before submitting your order.
Product Image Disclaimer
We make every effort to accurately depict our products; however:
- Colors may vary slightly due to differences in screen resolutions and production processes.
- If you have specific questions about a product's color, material, or size, please contact us before placing your order.
Lost Packages
If your package is lost in transit, we’re happy to assist:
- Replacement: We will replace lost packages free of charge, you must wait 14 business days from the estimated delivery date in case the package is delivered late.
Note:
- If the shipping address provided is incorrect or incomplete, resulting in a failed delivery, neither Anodic Products nor the shipping carrier is responsible for a refund or replacement.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds are only issued if:
- Your item arrives damaged or defective and cannot be replaced.
- Your package fails to arrive after 60 days.
To initiate a refund, email us at info@anodicproducts.com with photographic evidence and your order details. Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method.
Cancellations
Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or edited. We process orders immediately to ensure timely delivery.
Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges for incorrect sizes or preferences. If your item is damaged or defective, contact us for a replacement within the 30-day window.
