Anodic Products Shipping Policy 


At Anodic Products, we strive to ensure that your orders are processed and delivered efficiently.

Please review the following shipping details to better understand our process and policies.


Shipping Process

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed immediately upon placement and are typically prepared for shipment within 4 business days. During peak seasons or for high-demand items, processing may take up to 10 business days.
  • Shipping Confirmation: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
  • Business Days Only: We ship orders Monday through Friday and do not process or ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.

Note: We cannot make changes to orders after they have been placed due to the immediate start of our production and shipping process.


Delivery Estimates

Estimated delivery times vary depending on your location and shipping destination. These are general guidelines:

  • United States: 5–18+ business days
  • Canada: 7–18+ business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–21 business days
  • Australia: 5–14 business days
  • Europe: 7–21+ business days (delivery times vary by country)

Important Notes:

  • Delivery times are estimates and do not guarantee a specific arrival date.
  • External factors like customs clearance, holidays, severe weather, or logistical disruptions may cause delays beyond our control.

Shipping Methods and Costs

  • Standard Shipping: We offer free standard shipping on all orders.
  • Shipping costs for international orders are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, email us at info@anodicproducts.com with the following details:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The current shipping address.
  3. The new address you'd like to use.

We can update your address until your order leaves our facility.


Delivery Restrictions

  • PO Boxes and Military Addresses (APO/FPO) are not eligible for shipping.

Multiple Shipments

For orders with multiple items, products may ship separately due to varying manufacturing locations. As a result, items may arrive on different dates.


Packages Lost, Damaged, or Missing in Transit

  • Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at info@anodicproducts.com. We will replace lost packages free of charge. You must wait 14 business days from the estimated delivery date in case the package is delivered late.
  • Damaged Items: If your package arrives damaged, contact us with photos of the damage and your order details. We will provide a replacement promptly.
  • Unsuccessful Deliveries: It is the buyer’s responsibility to provide accurate shipping details. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses or unattended delivery attempts.

Processing and Shipping Timelines

  1. Order Processing: Orders are processed within 4 business days.
  2. Tracking Information: Once shipped, a tracking number will be provided via email for you to monitor the delivery progress.
  3. Peak Periods: During high-volume periods such as holidays, processing and delivery times may extend.
