There are several features and benefits of using a dog harness over a collar for your furry friend. Here are some of the main advantages:

Why you'll love the Personalized No Pull Dog Harness

  1. Improved Control: A dog harness provides more control over your dog's movements, especially when they tend to pull on the leash. The harness distributes the pressure evenly across their body, rather than just their neck, making it easier to control them.

  2. Reduced Risk of Injury: Collars can put a lot of pressure on a dog's neck, especially when they pull on the leash. This can lead to neck injuries, tracheal damage, and even spinal cord injuries. A harness distributes the pressure across the dog's chest and back, reducing the risk of injury.

  3. Prevents Escaping: Some dogs are notorious for slipping out of their collars, especially if they get scared or overly excited. A properly fitted harness provides a more secure fit, preventing your dog from slipping out and running off.

  4. Comfortable Fit: Many dogs find harnesses more comfortable than collars, especially if they have respiratory issues or have had neck injuries in the past. Harnesses are designed to be more comfortable and less restrictive, allowing your dog to move more freely.

  5. Better for Training: Harnesses are often recommended for training purposes, especially for puppies or dogs that need to learn how to walk on a leash. They allow you to have more control over your dog's movements, making it easier to teach them how to walk properly on a leash.

Overall, using a dog harness can provide a more comfortable, secure, and safe experience for both you and your furry friend. While collars can be a good option in certain situations, a harness may be the better choice for everyday use.

We have about 4-5 different types of harnesses, but this is my wife's favorite. It's easy to put on and is very sturdy. The name tag is really nice and good quality. We are very happy with it.

We love it! My 9 month old golden is about 65 lbs and we picked a large - there is plenty of room for him to grow into. I would say it runs big but got the recommendation to get a large from a fellow golden owner and I’m glad I didn’t go for the XL.

I had it in pink and I ordered it in purple. It is very nice and strong to my dog who throws a lot is great. The only thing I have to give him some point with thread in some places since sometimes the neck is enlarged. Cool!
